More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

The large en suite room offered plenty of storage, making it perfect for a brief stay. The train station's proximity allows for quick access to Central London, which was a significant advantage. the presence of long-term guests with children created some noise issues, as we could hear running in the morning. the dining experience lacked variety despite the good quality of local meat available.

Communal kitchen offered a decent spot for late-night snacks. The garden provided a relaxing space, perfect after a long day of traveling.
Had major issues with the door locks in both rooms. one wouldn’t lock, leaving security in question, while the other took several tries just to open. The windows didn’t close all the way, which led to disturbances at night. Plus, the upstairs room had an unsettling experience where a night-time visitor was trying to gain entry through an open window. The upstairs room also lacked basic cleanliness, with no soap in the bathroom and leftover rubbish affecting the storage space in drawers and wardrobes.

The bed was super clean and comfy, and Esther was lovely to chat with during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden and on the sun terrace, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the noise from the next room, but it didn’t ruin our time. 😊
